Misty peaks of the Svaneti mountain range in Georgia

Georgia. Where Adventure Meets Wine.

Wild mountains, ancient monasteries, and 8,000 years of winemaking - a small country with an outsized welcome.

Why Georgia

Four reasons a small country leaves an outsized mark.

Somewhere Higher Up

The map only tells you so much.

From Martvili Canyon’s 295 meters to Shkhara’s glaciers at 5,203, Georgia’s terrain changes faster than almost anywhere else on Earth. The only way to know what a place looks like is to go there.

The Cradle of Wine

There is a door in every Georgian house, and behind it, 8,000 years.

Wine here is fermented and aged in Qvevri - enormous clay vessels buried to the neck beneath the cellar floor. Older than the pyramids, unbroken ever since, and still going on under a family kitchen tonight.

One country, two seasons

Ski in the morning. Swim in the afternoon.

Georgia is small enough that choosing between a snowfield and a warm sea costs you a few hours of driving, not half a year of waiting.
